Turn on Notification for a File Activity


With Thread, you can add a notification to an item on the File Activity page so that you receive a notification about the activity any time you enter the fileYou can also add other users to the activity and they will receive a notification about the item when they click on the file. 
  1. 1. Click Files on the left pane. 

  1. 2. Search for a file using the search bar provided. 

  1. 3. Click the file name. 

  1. 4. Go to the File Activities page, under File Documents. 

 

  1. 5. Select the activity you want to add a notification to and click Edit in the top grey pane. 

 

  1. 6. In the pop-up window that appears, scroll down to the Notify me when I go to this file box and toggle Yes. 

 

  1. Click Save.
