Using our Bundle Generator, you can add multiple file documents to a bundle, and generate a bundle document in minutes, with automatic table of contents and page numbering.
Create a bundle and add sections
To create a new bundle, go to File Documents section, and choose Bundles page.
Click Add.
A Bundle Editor window will open; enter the Bundle Name to get started.
Under Sections, click + icon to add a new bundle section.
Note: Page numbers will be default Yes or No based on your admin settings.
Add documents to bundle sections
Once you added all needed sections to the bundle, click on the section you want to add documents to, then from the left pane find the items from the file that you need to add to the bundle. You can use the search bar or filter by activity type (e.g. document, email, file note etc.). Click + icon next to document to add it to the bundle.
To rearrange the order of documents within a bundle section, simply drag and drop the document where you need it.
You can also sort the documents by name or created date/activity date, by just clicking on the column name.
To bookmark a document, or all documents in a section, click on the bookmark icon.
Double click on the name of the document to rename it, and the name of the activity will be saved in the file as well.
To preview a document, use the preview icon which will open the document preview in a new tab on your browser.
If you need to remove a document from the bundle, click the X icon.
Click Save to save your bundle. You can go back to edit it at any time on the Bundles page.
Include multiple documents to a bundle
You can assign a bundle section to activities as you are working on the file, so you can quickly add them to a bundle when needed. On the file Activities page, select one or more activities and click Edit, then choose a section in the Bundle field and save.
Bundle sections list can be customised in admin settings, see here for more details.
Select all activities that have a bundle section assigned, and click Include in Bundle.
Only activities that already have a bundle section assigned to them can be included in the bundle from Activities page.
Select the bundle where you want these activities to be included, and click Save.
All included activities with assigned bundle sections will automatically show in the relevant section of that bundle.
Note: If activities already have a bundle section assigned, and are then included in a bundle, that section will automatically be added to the bundle with the relevant activities.
