Call Log Settings - Admin

There is a default Call Log setting on Thread that can be changed by administrators so that newly created Call Logs can be linked to the current matter you are on by default. 

 

Call Log Settings 

To change this setting, do the following: 

  1. 1. Select the settings tab Picture, Picture, Picture, Picture on the bottom left of your menu. 


  1. 2. Select System and then Call Log Settings.

  1. 3. Select Call Log to link current file by default and click Edit in the top grey pane.

4. In the pop-up window that appears, toggle Yes for the Call Log to always link to the matter you are on and toggle No for the Call Log to not link automatically to the matter you are on.

5. Click Save. 

 

Call Log Email Notifications 

Users can also request email notifications of their incoming calls via their Personal Settings 


To edit the notification setting: 

  1. 1. Click on your username/initials located in the top left corner. Select Personal Settings.

  1. 2. In the pop-up window that appears, at Call log – Receive email notification, toggle Yes to always receive notifications for new call logs, and toggle No to stop receiving notifications for new call logs.
