Admin Configuration
Ensure to add all firm members using Thread to the application. Click User Management and click Add. Enter the new user’s details for Thread.
Ensure Consistent Billing
Set up a default billing method for your firm so that all employees are billed fairly. In Admin Settings, click the System Tab. Click Billing Method. Select Billing Method and click Edit.
Set Hourly Rates
Set up rates for different roles on Thread so that users can bill per hour through Thread. In Admin Settings click the General tab. Click Hourly Rate and then Add.
Configure a global email signature to be applied to all emails sent through Thread. In Admin Settings, click General and then Commons. Enter your signature and add your logo.
