Pending Docs 

Track Documents 

View documents based on their status (i.e. closed, pending, open), and keep track of what documents need to be approved or dealt with. On the Pending Docs page, view documents based on their date, owner, and status. 

 

 

 

Update Document Status 

Need to approve multiple documents at once? Change their status directly from the Pending Docs page, saving you time toggling between multiple files. Select documents and click Edit. Change their status in the pop-up window that appears.
