You may need to clear your browsers cache if you are experiencing 502 or 404 errors, if malware has corrupted your cache, or to free up space on your hard drive, amongst other reasons.
To clear cache in Microsoft Edge, do the following:
1. Open Microsoft Edge browser.
2. Click the three dots in the top right corner of your browser to open Settings and More.
3. Select Settings from the dropdown list.
4. The Settings page will open in a new tab. In the left bar, click Privacy, search and services.
5. Scroll down to Clear Browsing Data and click Choose What to Clear.
6. In the Clear Browsing Data pop-up that appears, select the data you want to clear and the time range.
Note: Choose All time as the time range to ensure you get everything.
7. Click Clear now.

1. Open Google Chrome browser.
2. Click the three dots in the top right corner of your browser. A dropdown list will appear.
3. Select Delete browsing data from the dropdown list.
5. Click Clear data.

1. Open Mozilla Firefox browser.
2. Click on the three lines in the top right corner of your browser to open a dropdown list.
3. Select Settings from the dropdown list.
4. A new tab will open. Click Privacy and Security in the left pane.
5. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear data...
6. In the Clear Data pop-up that appears, select Cached Web Content and click Clear.
