Column Options

Column Options

With files and contacts on Thread, you can amend columns, depending on what is most relevant to you. So, if you don’t want to view a particular column, such as Office Location, you can remove it. 

Amending Columns for Files 

  1. 1. Click Files on the left pane of Thread. 

  1. 2. In the grey panel of the File Management page, click Column Options. 

 

  1. 3. In the pop-up that appears, you can drag and drop elements to change the order they appear in on the column, and you can remove columns by clicking X. 

 

  1. 4. Click Save. 

Amending Columns for Contacts 

  1. 1. Click Contacts on the left pane of Thread. 

  1. 2. On the Contacts page, click the three dots to open more options and click Column Options. 

 

  1. 3. In the pop-up window that appears, you can drag and drop elements to change the order they appear in on the column, and you can remove columns by clicking X. 

 

  1. 4. Click Save.
