1. Click Contacts, located in the left pane of your Thread page.
2. Search for the contact you want to attach documents to and double click on their name.
3. The Edit Contact window will pop up. Click the Attachments tab.
4. You can add documents by dragging and dropping or by clicking on the box shown.
Note: The document must be less than 300MB.
5. Click Upload to upload the attachment.
6. When finished, click Save. You can find a contacts documents under the Attachments tab of their details.
Attachments that have been added to a contact can be downloaded at any time.
1. Click Contacts, located in the left pane of your Thread page.
2. Search for the contact you want to download the documents from and double click on their name.
3. The Edit Contact window will pop up. Click the Attachments tab.
4. Select the attachment(s) you want to download and click Download, located in the grey pane above.
You can find the downloaded attachments in your PC’s Downloads folder.
