Categories are used to group similar file types together
1. Click on Advanced button on the right of the home page
2. Select File Categories tab
Adding a Category
1. To create a new category, over type the default text visible in the Modify Category Name field
2. Select the Add Category option on the top tool bar.
The Category folder will be created in the main File Categories section
Renaming a Category
1. To change a category name, select the category you wish to update
2. Alter the text in the Modify Category Name field
3. Select the Update Category option on the top tool bar.
The name of the Category folder will change
Deleting a Category
1. To delete a Category, select the category you wish to delete
2. Select the Delete Category option on the top tool bar.
The Category folder will be removed from the File Categories section
Note: You cannot delete a category that has associated files.
