Deleting Tasks

You may want to delete tasks if you do not want a certain task to appear on your Thread any more.

If a task has been dealt with, you can change its status by editing it. Only delete a task if you no longer want it to appear on Thread.  

  1. 1. Click Tasks in the left pane of Thread. 

  1. 2. Select the task(s) you want to delete and click Delete, located in the top grey pane. 

 

 

Note: If you need to delete old tasks from your Thread because you have reached the limit, you can select to view older tasks by using the date range boxes shown. 

 

  1. 3. A confirmation window will appear asking whether you are sure you want to delete the task(s). Click OK.
