Error logging into Expd8: Maximum users are online

  1.  Close expd8 app and check Expd8 folder P:\Practpro\Upgrades if there is a Clear reg file. If there is, run the Batch file and ensure server name is correct and login back to expd8.
           

             
  1.  If there's no clear reg file yet, download it on www.expd8.com/downloads/Clear_reg.zip. if this app is blocked, this will need to be granted access by IT.  Extract the file and paste the folder to P:\Practpro\Upgrades. 
             

  1.  Edit the Server Name to the correct one by referring on Registry Editor. Follow path: HKEY_CURRENT USER / SOFTWARE / EXPD8 / EXPD8 PROFESSIONAL / SETTINGS and copy and paste it on the notepad then save it.
            
            

            

             
           
   
  1. Double click to run the batch file.
          
           
  1. Re launched expd8 app and you can then check the Online Users in File > Settings and under User Details which should all be cleared including the duplicate user logged in.
