Feature Requests
Adding a Feature Request
Feature requests can now be submitted from anywhere in Thread.
Go to the top left corner of your Thread and click on your avatar (your initials or profile picture). Click Thread Assist.
Within Thread Assist, click on Product Feedback.
Product Ideas page will open where you can click the Submit Idea in the top right corner of the page.
A box will appear to Submit New Idea for Thread where you will enter your feature suggestion/request that you would like to see added to Thread. Please include as much information about your suggestion to help us best understand how you would need this feature to work, with examples of scenarios. This will allow our product development team to build the feature to best suit your needs.
You can choose below how important this idea is to you.
The email address you use in Thread will automatically be selected so you can be updated on the progress or be contacted for any further information required.
Once all the details have been added, click Submit in the bottom right.
You'll receive a popup to say that this has been submitted at which you can now exit by selecting Browse other ideas
Once you have submitted your idea/feature request you can browse the other options in the tabs shown below.
1. You can view any new ideas submitted for voting.
2. You can view any feature or ideas currently in development.
3. You can check for any ideas or features that are already live in Thread.
4. You can search for any of these within the search column
Please check the existing Features/Ideas logged to see if these have already been submitted, and you can then vote for them.Voting for Ideas
In the New ideas section you can see other requests that users have submitted and can vote on these based on importance to you.
The number on the top right of the idea 
shows how many users have currently voted for this idea. If the idea has been decided to move forward, you will then see it in the In Development tab.
