How to import Files and/or Contacts to Thread using IMPORT DATA function - Admin


Import Contacts to Thread


 

  1. Click Admin Settings tab in Thread User Hub
  2. Select System:

  1. Select Import Data
  2. Choose Contact from the dropdown menu.


5. Drop or Click to locate the populated CONTACT IMPORT excel file and then click Upload:

 

 


Import Files to Thread

  2. Choose File option from the dropdown menu.
  3. Drop or Click to locate the populated FILES IMPORT excel file and then click Upload:
