How to import Matters and/or Contacts to Thread using IMPORT DATA function - Admin
Click Settings tab in the bottom left corner.
Select System on the left pane.
Select Import
Data
Choose Contact from
the dropdown menu.
5. Drop or Click to locate the populated
'Contacts_Import_Template' excel file and then click Upload:
