Inbound Enquiries Reporting

Export File Activities Report

  1. 1. Click Files in the left pane of Thread. 

  1. 2. Click the Inbound Inquiries file that you want to export activities for.  

  1. 3. Go to the Activities page, located under File Documents. 

 

  1. 4. Click the three dots on the right side of the grey pane to open more options. 

 

  1. 5. Click Export. 


 

  1. 6. A new window will appear with a document containing activity type, created/last edited dates, status and author. Select the blue buttons to export to Excel. 

 

  1. 7. Clicking either Export button will automatically download the document to your desktop. 


Prepare File Activities Report


  1. 1. Click Data in top toolbar of excel to set filters and view by author and activity status pending.



  1. 2. After you have prepared your excel report, save/close and upload it to the Thread file Inbound Enquiries


  2. 3. Rename it appropriately, e.g. Inbound Enquiries Report (Month Year):




 

Tasking report to relevant users for updating


  1. 1. Select the report you wish to task to individuals



    1. 2. Click the drop-down box beside New in the top grey panel. 

     


    1. 3. Click Task. A pop-up window will open for you to fill in relevant details and assign to team members by including their names in the People field. 



    1. 4. Click Create.
