Legacy File Activities Report

All historical activities initially found under the Activities Tab, will now be available as Legacy File Activities under your Matter’s Documents tab, for your reference. 

Below is a sample of the Activities tab within a Matter in Thread v2 previously:

Now, to view these historical activities, simply go to Legacy File Activities of the matter, located within the Documents tab (in the top right corner).

If you need to print or export a list of legacy activities in a matter, you can easily do so by following the steps below. The list will include all historical activities in the matter, but you can also filter them by name or type before printing/exporting. 

 

  1. 1. Open the matter in Thread from which you would like to print/export the list of legacy activities. 

 

  1. 2. When in the Documents page, click on Legacy File Activities in the top right corner.

  1. 3. This will show you the legacy activity list preview for this matter.

  2. 4. Click on the Filter Picture icon, to set your preferred Activity Type and Date From.

  2. 5. Select View Report.

  2. 6. Click on the Print Preview icon Pictureto preview, or the Printer icon Pictureto print.

  1. 7. You can also export this report in PDF, Excel or HTML format, according to your preference.
