With Thread, you can easily mark a file for the attention of another user. So, if there has been an update on a case, or you want a colleague to look at a particular file, you can do this with just a right click of your mouse.
1. Click Files in the left pane.
All open files will show by default
2. Search for the file you want to mark for a colleague’s attention, using pinpoint search or the advance search filters available.
3.
Right-click the file name and select Mark for attention in the
dialog box.
A pop-up window will appear
4. In the Users field, start typing the name/email address of your colleague
5. Add a cover note for your colleague explaining why you are bringing the file to their attention and Save.
The file will now display on your colleague’s
dashboard in the quick access area titled Attention.
Note: Your colleague needs to have Attention displayed on their dashboard (see Configuring your Dashboard for reference).
