Removing eXpd8 coding for Thread templates

Removing eXpd8 coding for Thread templates

If there is any eXpd8 coding within a document you will receive an SQL command error


1. When SQL command pop up appears – select Yes


2. Select Options...



3. Select Remove All Merge Info


This will open the document

4. Once opened, double click into header section and remove <<CasesCasesCase ID>> if applicable

 


5. Remove any other eXpd8 coding from the body of the document



6. Re-code with Thread fields using Thread Template Designer
