Restoring Previous Versions of Documents


If you have changed or edited a document and would like to restore it to its previous version, or if you need to send an older version of a document to a colleague or client, you can do this easily on Thread 
  1. 1. Click Files in the left pane. 

  1. 2. Search for a document in the search bar provided and click Documents. 

 

  1. 3. Click the file name to be brought to the document on the Activity page. 

 

  1. 4. Select the file and click Document History in the top grey pane. 

 

  1. 5. The Document History pop-up will appear. Select the version you want to restore the document to and click Restore in the top pane. 

 

  1. 6. The document will open in a new tab for you to view the previous version and edit if necessary.
