Set Task Subjects - Admin
All tasks created on Thread must have a subject name. When creating a task, you can enter a unique subject, or you can use existing subjects created in Admin Settings. Having particular task subjects helps to better organise tasks, and allows users to choose a subject from a drop-down menu.
Adding Task Subjects
Task subjects must first be configured in Admin Settings before they can be added to tasks on Thread.
1. Click Admin Settings in the left pane of Thread.
2. In the Admin Centre, click the General tab.
3. In the left side menu, click Task Subject.
4. In the top grey pane, click Add.
5. A pop-up window will appear. Enter the name of the task subject you want to add.
You can now add subjects to tasks on Thread, and view them in order of subject name on the Tasks page.
