Thread AI Assistant
Our Thread AI Assistant is available to chat with for all queries that may help you with compiling letters or emails, research, or business advice.
Thread AI Assistant is directly linked to Microsoft Open AI using ChatGPT4o as its source for data.
There is no connection to any Thread data, and Thread Software does not in any way control or manage the information provided using the AI assistant. You should use Thread AI Assistant with the same caution as any other AI tool.
Thread AI Assistant can only read the data you enter in the Assistant chat box and does not have the ability to read any other data in Thread.

Using Thread AI Assistant
Our Thread AI Assistant can be used anywhere in Thread, by clicking on your Initials on the top left then selecting AI Assistant.
A pop-up window will open on the right where you can start typing a query in the message box at the bottom.
You can press enter on your keyboard or click the send arrow to send the query to AI Assistant. You will receive a reply below your sent message, and you can reply to the Assistant for further help if needed.
To clear the current conversation, click on the new message icon. The conversation also clears when you refresh the page.
Using AI Email Generator
You can also use Thread AI Assistant specifically for generating emails in Thread. When starting a new email, or replying to an existing conversation, click on the AI bot icon 
at the bottom to assist you in compiling your email message.
Thread AI Assistant box will open as a pop-up, where you can ask it to generate an email for you depending on what you need.
Please make sure not to include any confidential information in your queries.
Your Thread AI Assistant will generate a sample email message that you can Copy to populate your email.
Once you have copied the message, you can then make further edits as needed before sending the email.
AI Generator can only use the information typed in the 'Type context of your email' box to generate an email message. It does not read any existing email conversations.
While Thread AI Assistant can assist you in compiling emails faster, please ensure you are always checking any content generated by AI. Any use of AI assistant is your own responsibility.
