Required Global Custom Fields 

Any Global custom fields that are set as Required will now show as a pop-up for all users when entering the matter where those fields are not populated, requiring them to populate the fields to continue working on the matter.

To update your custom field settings, go to Settings / Template Desk / Custom Fields and select the field you wish to edit.

Choose if a field should be required in the toggle.

Save your changes. 

Global fields show across all matters in Thread, so any new global field you set as required will require this field to be populated on every matter.
