Tasks Priority

All new Tasks are now updated to show 'Medium' priority as default value when being created. 

Other updates

1. Error happening intermittently to users when deleting empty folders - fixed.
   
2. Some tasks showing blank when trying to print - fixed.
3. Spooling when generating pdf template - fixed.
   
4. Date format showing inconsistently across Thread - fixed.
   
5. Matters list page error after applying advanced filters - fixed.
   
6. Document review tasks results when custom date filter applied not including the 'to' date - fixed.
