With the Time History tab in Thread, you can view the amount of time you and other users have spent on matters in Thread or edit the time entries. All time on a Matter/Financial/Time page will be visible on the time history page, and vice versa.
You can view time that you or your colleagues have spent on a matter in Thread and apply a date range for viewing the time logs.
Click Time History in the left pane of Thread.
Choose whether to view your own time history in weekly mode, or for all matters where you can customize the filter search according to specific user or period. You can also use the search bar to find time records for a specific matter by matter code or name, or by time record description.
1. type in the search to find entries for a specific matter, or by time description
2. filter by user who logged the time
3. make sure you are viewing 'All' option to use filters for users and date range
4. choose a time period
In either 'Weekly' or 'All' view, you will see the total time logged, and total billable / non-billable time at the top for the applied view.
Click on the ellipsis and select the Edit option.
A pop up window will appear where you can update the information as needed. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Don’t forget to click on Save.
You can only edit a time entry if the record has not yet been added to a bill. Related Articles
