Adding hourly rates

1. An hourly rate can be set for each Fee Earner, by selecting the users name and typing an hourly rate.

3. 1. In the top left corner of eXpd8
   
4. 2. Select File then Settings:
   

2. 3. Click on User Details tab
   
3. Note: If eXpd8 is linked to eXpd8 accounts, be sure to first disable Time & billing activity transfer

2. To do so, Untick Pass Time to A/C’s: 

 

 

4. Select the Fee Earners name/initials in the left column

5. Add an hourly rate in the field: Rate for Selected Fee Earner Per Hour

6. Click Apply

7. Save
