Turning on Debugging Tool for Outlook Plugin
1. Click on your Outlook desktop application.
2. In the top bar, click on the Thread Outlook plug-in.
3. The sidebar will open. Click the Settings icon in the top pane.
4. The Settings pop-up will appear. Click the Log enabled box so that a tick appears.
5. Click Save.
