Undertaking Group & Status - Admin

You can create undertaking groups and statuses if needed to further customise your Undertaking options.

Adding Undertaking Group

  1. 1. Click Admin Settings, under User Hub. 

  1. 2. Click the Files tab. 

 

  1. 3. In the left pane, click Undertaking Group. 


  1. 4. Click Add in the top grey pane. 

  1. 5. A pop-up window will appear. Enter a name for the undertaking group. 


  1. 6. Click Save. 

If you need to rename or delete undertaking group, simply click left of it to select it and choose Edit or Delete.

Adding Undertaking Status

  1. 1. Click Admin Settings, under User Hub. 

  1. 2. Click the Files tab. 

 

  1. 3. In the left pane, click Undertaking Status. 


  1. 4. Click Add in the top grey pane. 

  1. 5. A pop-up window will appear. Enter a name for the undertaking status. 


  1. 6. Click Save. 

If you need to rename or delete undertaking status, simply click left of it to select it and choose Edit or Delete.
