With Thread, you can add ‘given’ and ‘received’ undertakings and link them to files.
1. Click Undertakings in the left pane of Thread.
2. In the top grey pane, click Add.
3. A pop-up window will appear for you to fill out details of the undertaking. You can link it to a file, include a type, a group, status, and more.
4. Click Save.
You can edit the details or change the status of an undertaking at any stage.
1. Click Undertakings in the left pane of Thread.
2. Select the undertaking you want to edit and click Edit in the top grey pane.
3. A pop-up window will appear. You can edit the undertaking to change the status, the group, type, and add the actual date of discharge.
4. Click Save.
If for some reason, you need to delete an undertaking from Thread you can do this easily.
Note: Only delete an undertaking if you no longer want it to appear on Thread. You can change the status of an undertaking by editing it.
1. Click Undertakings in the left pane of Thread.
2. Select the undertaking you want to edit and click Delete in the top grey pane.
3. A confirmation will appear asking you to confirm your decision.
4. Click OK.
