Uninstalling Desktop Outlook Add-in

Do you need to uninstall your Thread Outlook add-in because of an upgraded version, or for other related reasons? Follow the instructions below to successfully uninstall the add-in.

Older Windows devices

  1. 1. Click on the Windows Icon on your taskbar



  1. 2. Search Add or remove programs




  1. An Apps & features pop-up window will appear


  3. 3. Search Thread email



  6. 4. Click to select the program you wish to remove and uninstall (you may need to click an ellipsis (…) here depending on your system version)



  9. The app and its related info will be uninstalled.


Newer Windows devices

1. Click on the Windows Icon on your taskbar
