Viewing Emails in File Activities

If you have received or sent an email with an attachment and wish to view it in the Activities page of a file:


  1. 1. Click Files on the left pane. 

  1. 2. Search for your file and click the file name. 

  1. 3. Click on Activities, under File Documents. 

 


  1. 4. Click on the file activity email that you wish to preview. 




  1. 5. A preview will open in a new tab. Click on Download 




  1. 2. When downloaded, click Open file to view the email in Outlook, including attachments




  1. 3. You will now see the email in full, plus any attachment(s)
