Audit logs within a file allow you to keep track of changes made on the file, so you can clearly see who and when added documents, linked contacts or made changes to file details.
Audit logs was first released in March 2024 with additional functionality continuously being released since. Thread does not provide logs of changes made prior to release.
To view file audit logs, go to the File Details section of a file, and then click on Audit.
By default you will be seeing all audit logs in the last 7 days, but you can filter them further by (1) type of activity, (2) user who made the changes and (3) time period. Click Search to apply filters and view log results.
You can click on the eye icon in the Descriptions column to view more details.
