Viewing New Emails on Files
You can easily view new emails on files across Thread directly from your homepage dashboard. From this page, you can view all emails based on the file owner and the date they were received, and search for a particular email in the search bar provided, making it much easier to locate a specific email.
Note: The New emails on file element must be configured to appear on your dashboard in Personal settings.
1. On your homepage dashboard, click the New Emails on Files element.
2. Enter a date range in the boxes shown, choose a file owner (or click All to view all file emails), or search for a file email in the search bar provided.
3. Click an email to be brought to the file Emails page.
