Viewing Key Dates Across Files

You can view all key dates on files across your organisation in the Key Dates page of Thread. You can view key dates by type, by file owner, by category, by office location, and within a certain date range. 

 


If you wish to export your selection, click on Export
               
               A pop up window will appear
Select Export to Excel or Export to PDF as preferred
            

Viewing Key Dates on a File 

You can view key dates on a file at any time under the File Details tab. 

  1. 1. Click on Files under File Management in the left pane of your Thread page. 

  1. 2. Search for a file by using the search bar. 

  1. 3. Click on the file name. 

  1. 4. Under the File Details tab, select Key Dates. You can view any key dates your file has here.
