Viewing Matter Audit Logs
Audit logs within a matter allow you to keep track of changes made on the matter, so you can clearly see who and when added documents, linked contacts or made changes to matter details.
Audit logs were first released in March 2024 with additional functionality continuously being released since. Thread does not provide logs of changes made prior to release.
To view matter audit logs, go to the Settings section of a matter, and then click on Audit.
By default, you will be seeing all audit logs in the last 7 days, but you can filter them further by (1) type of activity, (2) user who made the changes and (3) time period. Click Search to apply filters and view log results.
You can click on the eye icon
in the Descriptions column to view more details.
