Viewing Matter Documents by Type

In the Documents tab, you can filter items based on the type. This way, you can view all matter notes or scanned documents within a matter, for example.  

1. Click on Matters in the left pane of Thread.  

2. Search for your matter in the search bar provided.  

3. Click on the matter name, then go to the Documents tab. 


4. You can search for documents in the search bar, and filter documents by type by using the drop-down box provided.

  1. 2. Click Filter

  1. 3. Select Document type to filter documents by type. 


InfoDocument Types can be added or changed in Admin settings, for more details click here.
