Activity Status - Admin

Activity Status - Admin

With Thread, you can add activity statuses that can be used across all file activities on the application, e.g. pending, dealt with, open, closed. Adding statuses to file activities allows you to view their progress as you can edit statuses as documents are updated.

Documents that have a status attached to them can be viewed on the Pending Docs page.

Note: You can turn notifications on for changes in activity status. So, when a user changes the status of a file activity from Open to Dealt with, for example, the owner of the document will receive a notification.
