Adding Templates to multiple categories
You might have templates that would be used across multiple categories with the same or similar set up. You can follow the steps below to quickly add the template to all relevant categories without coding them for each category individually.
1. Once you have coded a template in one category, save it to a convenient location, e.g. Desktop (save the template by opening the document in Word, and choose 'Save as' to save a copy of it to a chosen location on your device).
2. On the home page, in the left-hand panel, under Template Desk, click Create & Edit.
3. From the top panel drop-down menu, select the categories you wish to upload your coded template to, and then click Drop or click box to open your file explorer.
4. Locate the coded template from your previously saved location, e.g. desktop, and your template will now appear in the upload area.
5. Click Upload.
6. Confirm that you want to upload your template to all the selected categories by clicking OK.
You will see a copy of the template uploaded to each category selected.

If you need to further customize the template in each category, click on the correct template within that category to make necessary changes.
