Configuring a Global Email Signature - Admin

The ‘Global Signature’ feature allows administrators to set up an organisation-wide email signature that all users can then add their contact details to in personal settings.


  1. 1. Go to the left side panel on your homepage and click on Settings.



 

  1. 2. Click on the General tab and select Global Email Signature under the Commons tab. 




  1. 3. Enter a global signature in either Text or HTML format. 


  1. 4. Scroll down to the bottom of the pop-up and select Save. 


Notes

If your signature includes an image, you must first save the image to your device locally, then paste using the image icon:
