Your email signature in Thread can be applied to all emails sent through Thread. Administrators should set up a Global Email Signature for the firm that users can then apply and edit to include their personal contact information.
Click on your Thread avatar, located in the top left of Thread.
Select Personal Settings.
Under the General tab, you can modify your personal signature and use the formatting options to add image, change font, text size or colour.
Click Save at the bottom.
You can set up your email signature using your organization's Global Signature.
1. Click on your Thread avatar, located in the top left of Thread.
2. Select Personal Settings.
3. Click the Email Signature paste icon which will Reset to Global Email Signature.
4. Make any changes to the signature as you wish for it to show on your sent emails.
5. Click Save.
If your signature includes an image, please save the image to your device locally, then upload using the image icon.
