Contact Questions Report

The Questions Tab, within contact details in Thread, facilitates the capturing of Proof of Identity images and documentation to meet AML requirements, or answer any other relevant questions about the contact. 

Thread can automatically generate reports listing all Yes/No answers to Questions so that you can follow up with clients who have not yet submitted the required proof of identity documents. 

 

Viewing and Exporting Contact Questions Report 

  1. 1. Click the Reports icon in the bottom left pane of Thread.

  1. 2. The Management Reports tab will show by default. 

 

  1. 3. Select the Contact Questions Report.

  1. 4. This will show you the Contact Questions report preview.

  1. 5. Click on the Filter Picture, Picture, Pictureicon, to select the required Question, Contact Type and Answer (i.e. True/False or Both).

NotesIf you only wish to report on Primary Client’s, be sure to select primary client in Contact Type and toggle Primary Client on. 

 

  1. 6. Select View Report in the bottom right corner.

  1. 7. Click on the Print Preview icon Picture, Picture, Pictureto preview, or the Printer icon Picture, Picture, Pictureto print.

  1. 8. Apply a search term, if required.

  1. 9. Any search term applied will be highlighted in the report for your convenience.

  1. 10. You can also export this report in PDF, Excel or HTML format, according to your preference.

  1. 11. The Contact Questions Report will automatically generate with your selected filters in your preferred format.
