Converting Email Attachments to PDF

To prevent any content interference or changes and to maintain the original layout of content when sending email attachments, you can set the Thread application to convert them to .pdfs.  

 

  1. 1. Click on your user avatar, located in the top right corner of your Thread menu.  


  1. 2. Select Personal Settings.

  1. 3. Toggle Convert to .pdf when sending attachments by email setting to Yes and Save.  
     
     



  1. When sending any documents as email attachments, they will automatically convert to PDF when sent.

  1. Should you need to not convert them on any specific email, you will always be able to untick the convert option if needed on each attachment, and vice versa.
