How to print a list of activities in a file

If you need to print or export a list of all activities in a file, you can easily do this by following the steps below. The list will include all current activities in the file, but you can also filter them by name or type before printing / exporting to only show the desired list.  

NOTE: If you have activity logs hidden, these will not show in the print/export either.
If you used search or filter, only visible items on the page will show in the print/export.

  1. 1. Open the file in Thread from which you would like to print the list of activities. 

  1. 2. When in the file Activities page, click into the ellipsis and select the Export option.



  1. 3. This will show you the activity list preview for this file where you can then select the print option above.  


  1. 4. You can also export this to a PDF & Excel as shown in the bottom half.

  1. 5. When exported to Excel you can click into the File option in the top left corner.



  1. 6. From here you can select the Print option to print this document out.
