How to setup DocuSign Integration

InfoTo use DocuSign with Thread, your company must have a subscription with DocuSign already in place. 

InfoYou must have access to Thread admin settings to activate integrations for your firm - once activated the integration will be available to all users. 

Setting up DocuSign integration 

  1. On the left pane of Thread, at the bottom, click the Settings icon. 
     
     

 
 

  1. Click the Integrations tab and then Commons tab. 
     
     
     
    Look for DocuSign and toggle the button to ON. 
     
     
     
     
    The DocuSign Integration is now available for all users - however they must sign into DocuSign using the instructions below to activate the menu options. 


Signing into DocuSign in Thread 

 
  1. 1. Once the DocuSign integration is complete, click your username in the top left corner of Thread and choose Personal Settings.

    2. In the Account Integration tab, select the DocuSign option and Login. 
     
     
     
    3. On a new tab, you will be prompted to enter your DocuSign credentials. If successful, you will see a notification indicating login was a success. 
     
    4. In Thread, to know that you have successfully logged into DocuSign, the Login button should now show as Sign out instead. 
     
     
     
     
    5. You can now start to use DocuSign within Thread Matters
