Pending Docs

Pending Docs

The Pending Docs page on Thread provides users with an overview of all documents uploaded to Thread which have a status. Users can view documents based on when they were uploaded, the owner, and the status (such as Pending, Dealt with, Open, Closed, Sent, Draft, Printed, All).

Users can also edit the status of documents directly from the Pending Docs page. So, if you have several documents that need approval, you can change their status to Pending, and they will be visible on the Pending Docs page.

Only documents that have a status can be viewed in the Pending Docs page.

You can create or edit statuses you can use for your firm in admin settings, where you can also decide which status you wish to show with a notification.
