Sending Emails on Outlook to Thread Contacts
By using the Outlook add-in, you can send emails to Thread contacts directly from Outlook, without having to input their email in the To field.
Note: The contact must be linked to a file, and must have an email added to their contact details.
1. Start a new email and open the Thread for Email add-in on your Outlook application.
2. Search for a file by using the search bar shown.
3. Click the file name to select it.
4. You will see a list of linked contacts to the file, and you can choose which contacts you want to send the email to or cc them in an email, by clicking To or Cc.
5. You will see the contacts email addresses added to your draft email recipients.
