Note: The external user must have a valid Microsoft account.
1. Click on the Files tab in the left pane.
2. Search for a file by using the search bar provided.
3. Click on the file name.
4. Under the File Details tab, click Summary.
5. Under the file’s summary, click Share.
6. A pop-up window will open. Enter the email address you want to share the file summary with into the Recipients field. If you want to share file documents, toggle Yes and select the documents you want to share.
The recipient will receive an email inviting them to view the file on Thread.
