To-do list – Overview

Our To-do list page is your focused area for all items you need to action, or follow up on, showing you the relevant tasks, document reviews and calls that need completion, ensuring you keep up to date with your workload. 

 

The To-do list page accessed from your navigation menu is divided into tabs: Tasks, Document review and Call Log

 

 

Viewing Tasks 

You can view all your general Tasks based on matter code, matter name, when they are due, their priority level and status. Here you will see all tasks that were created as standalone tasks, or linked to a specific email, event or document (except document review tasks). 

 

 

View tasks based on when they are due, to keep in line with your work flow. 

View tasks based on their priority level, to stay on top of what matters most. 

View tasks based on their status to ensure that all tasks get completed. 

 


Filters will further assist with setting your preferred Tasks view 

 

 

 

Your default view of tasks will show any tasks that are past due or due this week. 

 

NotesAny overdue tasks will show in Red font, so you can keep a track on any tasks that are falling behind. 

 

You can also Add, Edit, Delete and Print Tasks directly from the Tasks page 

 

 

 

 
Viewing Documents for Review 

The Document review tab in your To-do list provides you with an overview of all documents in Thread which have been assigned to you for review.  

 

 

Documents for review will show in the list where you can see Matter Name, Document Name, Document Status, Task Status, Assignee, Task Due Date and Created Date. 


Documents can also be sorted by column headings, and you can edit the status of documents directly from the Document Review task. 



 

 

Filters will further assist with setting your preferred view of Document review items 

 

 


 
Viewing Call logs 

You can view Call logs based on the caller's name and phone number, date of call, priority, matter the call is linked to, who took/made the call and whether the call was incoming or outgoing 

 

  

 

Calls can be sorted by any column heading (Type, Status, Caller etc.) 

 

 


You can also Edit the call directly from the Call log page 


 


If you have multiple calls that you need to amend the status on, you can do so from the Call Log page.
 

 

 

You can also Add or Return a call directly from the Call Log page 



Filters will further assist with setting your preferred Call log view 



 

 

There is a search option available on each tab, so you can easily search for a particular task in the Tasks tab, document in the Document review tab and call in the Call log tab.
