Unassigned Emails

Unassigned Emails

Emails sent to and from matters on Thread have an ID that automatically links them to the matter. However, if an email is sent to the Thread dedicated email address, and it does not have a tracker ID linking it to any matter, then it will end up on the Unassigned Emails page.

Furthermore, scanned items that have been received using a configured subject line or the dedicated email address will also end up on the Unassigned Emails page. See here for more details on setting up scanning via email.
