Undertaking Settings

Adding Undertaking Group 

1. Click Settings In the bottom left corner of your Thread.  

2. Click the Matters drop down.  

3. In the left pane, click Undertaking Group.  

4. Click +Undertaking Group in the top right corner.   

5. A pop-up window will appear. Enter a Name for the Undertaking Goup.  

6. Click Save.  

If you need to rename or delete an Undertaking Group, simply click left of it to select it and choose Edit or Delete. 

Adding Undertaking Status 

1. Click Settings, In the bottom left corner of your Thread.  

2. Click the Matters drop down.  

3. In the left pane, click Undertaking Status.  

4. Click +Undertaking Status in the top right corner. 

5. A pop-up window will appear. Enter a Name for the Undertaking Status.  

6. Click Save.  

If you need to rename or delete undertaking status, simply click left of it to select it and choose Edit or Delete. 

Adding Undertaking Types  

1. Click Settings, In the bottom left corner of your Thread.  

2. Click the Matters drop down.  

3. In the left pane, click Undertaking Type.  

4. Click +Undertaking Group in the top right corner.   

5. A pop-up window will appear. Enter a Name for the Undertaking Type.  

6. Click Save.
