Viewing matter events


1. Click Matters on the left pane of your Thread. 

 

 

2. Search for the matter you would like to view the events for, by using the Search matter functionality and/or the filters, to narrow down your search.

3. Click on the Events tab in the top grey pane to view any key dates or calendar appointments for this matter.

1. You can Filter to view only appointments, or only key dates. 

2. In the List option, you can view a list of all events related to this matter. 

3. The Calendar option will show all key dates and appointments in calendar view on the dates they are scheduled for. 

4. You can create a new appointment or key date by clicking on the drop-down arrow to the right of the +New button. 

6. Click on the ellipsis to Edit, Create Task, Duplicate or Delete the event. 

5. Assignees for the appointment will show any required or optional attendees that are Thread users. Assignees for the key date will have that key date show in their Outlook calendar. 

 

 

 

7. By clicking the Calendar tab in the top grey pane, you can see appointments and key dates in calendar view. 

 

8. You can filter to view either Appointment or Key Date or neither. 

 

9. In Calendar view, you can view by day, week, month etc., by setting your preferred filters. 

 

 

10. In List view, you can reorder columns by selecting column heading and dragging to your preferred location.
